"Just to say thanks to you and all of the staff at Brighton Pier for the event there last Wednesday 13th June organised as part of our EPIZONE meeting. We had a lot of very positive feedback about the food and service in the restaurant and everyone also enjoyed the visit to the Pier rides. "The Pier was our first choice in venue for our Wedding reception and Horatios felt like the best spot on the pier for our needs. From the outset we felt like all our requests were managed ably by SJ and this made us feel at ease which is what you need.
We were able to drop off decorations and cake the day before the wedding which was extremely handy, the security staff transported all boxes from the main gate to the venue which helped us a lot.
On the day we were met at the entrance by the manager and were really pleased with how our instructions had been carried out with regards decorations etc. All was great. I cannot fault the level of service provided by all the staff present on the day and night, my glass was never empty courtesy of staff handing me freshly filled ones - possibly my downfall !! The security provided were great as well.
