PALACE PLAY is a fantastic indoor, four-storey, multi-purpose soft play area, for children over 0.9 metres tall. Kids can get lost inside for hours and there's a massive slide too!
Bookings are not required and no time slots are issued - just turn up!
Are your children under 0.9 metres tall? Don't worry! For children under the required height, we have a separate toddler area, where parents can go inside and sit with their children as they toddle about.

While the kids are inside Palace Play, having fun, mums and dads can sit in our exciting new PALACE PLAY CAFE.
The café is directly opposite the Palace Play area which give grown-ups a chance to grab a tea or coffee, a piece of cake, a muffin or even an ice cream!
£7 for 0.9m to 1.5m
£5 for those under 0.9 metres tall!
Minimum height for the four-level Palace Play area is 0.9 metres tall.
Maximum height for the four-level Palace Play area is 1.5 metres tall.
For those under 0.9 metres tall there is the Palace play toddler area.
Not included in rides wristbands
Is there an area for children under 0.9 metres tall?
Yes, we have a Palace Play toddler area and parents can go in there too!
Is there somewhere we can go, close by, to get a drink or a bite to eat?
We have the Palace Play Café, located opposite, so you can keep a watch on your children whilst they play.
Can I go inside to collect my children if they are too scared to come down on their own?
Yes, that's not a problem.
Is the area supervised?
Yes, we always have a member of staff supervising the area. Parents/Guardians are responsible for supervising their own children and should not leave the Dome building.
