1. Offer Overview
This promotional offer entitles the purchaser to a wristband valid for 10 rides for £10, available only on Mondays, up to and including Monday, 1st September 2025.

2. Availability and Redemption

• The offer is valid exclusively on Mondays during the promotional period.

• The offer is not available on any other day of the week.

• This offer is exclusively for Local Resident Card holders. Local Resident Cards must be shown in order to claim the offer and further proof of address may be required.

• Wristbands must be purchased and used on the same Monday; they are not transferable to another date.

• Offer subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

3. Wristband Use

• The wristband allows 10 rides for a single person.

• The wristband is non-transferable and non-shareable. It must be worn by one individual only.

• All riders, including accompanying adults, must purchase and wear their own wristbands.

• Wristbands are void if removed, tampered with, or damaged.

4. Ride Access

• Ride availability may vary due to maintenance, weather, or operational considerations.

• Height, age, or health restrictions may apply to certain rides; these must be observed.

• The 10 rides can be used on any eligible rides. Soft Play admission is not included.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

• No refunds, exchanges, or partial credits are offered for unused rides or wristbands.

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or group rate.

6. Conduct and Safety

• Brighton Palace Pier reserves the right to refuse ride access to any individual not complying with safety rules, or in the case of misconduct.

• Guests must follow all ride operator instructions and safety signage at all times.

Purchase or use of a promotional wristband constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  This giveaway is organised by Brighton Palace Pier. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

• Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 16 or over.

  • Employees of Brighton Palace Pier, their families, and anyone professionally connected with this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

• How to Enter

  • Tag 3 friends in the comments of the official giveaway post.

  • Re-share the giveaway post to your own feed or story (make sure it’s visible to us).

  • Both steps must be completed to qualify for entry.

• Closing Date
  Entries close at 10:00am BST on Monday 18 August 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

• Prize

  • One (1) original rollercoaster wheel from the Crazy Mouse ride at Brighton Palace Pier with a certificate of authenticity.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

• Winner Selection

  • One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be contacted by DM on the 18 August 2025. If no response is received by 23 August 2025, Brighton Palace Pier reserves the right to select another winner.

• Prize Collection

  • The prize must be collected from Brighton Palace Pier. No postage or delivery of the prize will be available.

  • If the winner is not able to collect the prize, Brighton Palace Pier reserves the right to select another winner.

• Liability
  Brighton Palace Pier accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries, or for any damage, injury or loss incurred from the use of the prize.

• General
  Brighton Palace Pier reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend this giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
