Will any rides be closed on my visit?

We aim to keep all of our rides and attractions operating however there are sometimes unpredicted techincal delays, or inclement weather that could prevent a ride from being open during your visit.

Any planned ride closures for maintenance or other reasons will be listed on the Rides & Attractions page.

We sell two wristbands for the rides on the pier; ‘Kiddies’ & ‘Supersaver’

Kiddies are for children 0.9m to 1.2m tall

Supersavers are for anyone 1.2m+

If the rider is between 1.2m & 1.4m some rides require them to ride with a taller rider.

Please be aware that the Kiddies Wristband does not include any of the 'adult' rides. A full list of the rides included in each wristband can be seen here.

We work very hard to keep all of our rides and attractions running regardless of the weather. However, some of our rides have strict weather restrictions, set by the ride manufacturers, to ensure safe operation which we will always abide by.

Because of this, high winds can delay some of our attractions from operating and we will do our best to communicate this with you on the day.

The rides affected by high-wind are:

  • Turbo Coaster
  • Crazy Mouse
  • Wild River
  • Air Race
  • i220
  • Gallopers Carousel
  • Helter Skelter

Unfortunately, the majority of our rides do not permit riders with any broken bones, hard casts or protective boots.

Guests with a broken arm, hand or fingers can ride Horror Hotel, Gallopers (in a carriage only) and Fantasia.

Guests with broken legs can ride Gallopers (in a carriage only).

Please see our Accessibility page for a full guide on ride accessibility, including missing limbs.
