How will it work when we arrive?

Santa is here on the 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd of December!

Santa will be at his magical grotto in Palm Court Restaurant between 12pm and 5pm! Speak to one of the elves outside the grotto for assistance with your visit!

Santa will gladly be briefed about your child's wishes ahead of your visit. To organise this, please email your request to info@brightonpalacepier.co.uk and be sure to include the date and time of your visit.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted to enter Brighton Palace Pier, with the exception of Assistance Dogs. However, Assistance Dogs are welcome to come and meet Santa if they are visiting us!

Santa will be available to meet between 12pm and 5pm on December 13th, 14th, 20th, 22nd, 21st and 23rd! When you arrive, you may be told to come back at a later time to avoid queueing. After being given your time slot, you are free to leave and enjoy the pier.

Please note we will not be able to accomodate latecomers. 

Yes! However, pre-booking is highly recommended. To pay on the day, please speak to one of our elves when you arrive. Please note that seeing Santa is subject to capacity and pre-booked guests will be given priority.

Yes! Children will receive a gift, and this is included in the price of the ticket.

Yes! Your ticket price includes a chance to take photos of your children with Santa. Please note, there will be no professional photography provided, but you are encouraged to take your own photos!
