Kids can get lost inside for hours and there's a massive slide too!

Bookings are not required and no time slots are issued - just turn up!

Are your children under 0.9 metres tall? Don't worry! For children under the required height, we have a separate toddler area, where parents can go inside and sit with their children as they toddle about.

Palace Play Restrictions

Parents must remain in sight of the play area at all times when their children are inside. Children will not be allowed to leave if they cannot correctly identify their parents at the gate. Parents are welcome to come into the play area with their children. Failure to comply could result in ejection from the attraction.
Entry to the downstairs section is only permitted for those under 0.9m
Those under 0.9m must not go in the upstairs area.
Those under 0.9m must be accompanied by a responsible person at all times.
Those over 0.9m can enter the top 3 floors.
Children over 1.5m are not permitted to enter.
Guests with serious injuries are not permitted in the play area.
Socks must be worn in this attraction. Shoes must be removed. This includes accompanying adults.
Filming without permission is not permitted inside the play area. To arrange filming, please contact us here.

FAQs

Yes, Palace Play is supervised by trained staff at all times. As well as this, parents are required to stay within sight of the play area at all times. Staff are not permitted to let children leave without their parents being visible.

We only allow children below 1.5 meters to enter, unless they are accompanying a member of your party.

Yes! You can enquire about booking a Palace Play party here!

Yes, you are welcome to accompany your child. We ask that you limit the accompaniment to 1 adult per child, unless extra support is needed for accessibility reasons.

Please note that it is a requirement of the attraction that kids under 0.9m are accompanied.

Not at this time. The nearest toilets are located in the rides area, approximately 20 meters away.

Yes! The Palace Play Café is just across from the entrance gates to the play area. Serving barista style coffee, soft drinks, slushies, cakes and other light snacks.
