Come to Brighton Palace Pier this Halloween for a weekend of eerie family fun! Join The Scarecrow and his friends in a festival of spooks to have a Halloween to remember!

Enjoy our Trick or Treat trail, face painting, mask making and a hilariously spooky family puppet show! A great value Halloween event, with most activities covered in the admission charge!

What's on?

  1. Trick or Treat Hunt

    Pick up a clue sheet when you enter the pier, find out who's hiding your treats! Solve the clues, find the culprit and claim a tasty reward!

  2. Spooky Puppet Show

    Pierre The Bear returns for a spooky adventure! Showing three times daily, watch this family friendly puppet show FREE of charge!

  3. Mask Making

    Included in Soft Play admission (or with a wristband) kids can make their very own Halloween masks! Pick up one of our templates and colour them however you wish!

  4. Face Painting

    Become a zombie, a skeleton or whatever you wish! Facepainting will bring your Halloween costume to life! For just £5 per child.

There is no pre-booking required for any activities. They are offered on a first come first serve basis. Please note that there is a set number of masks available each day and they will likely run out. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

The Trick or Treat trail is a free activity, included in the admission charge, that takes place between 10am to 4pm. Clue sheets will be given out at the admissions huts for all children in each family group. A completed sheet must be presented to the character to collect a prize.

The mask making is just for children who have a valid ticket for the Palace Play soft play, whether this is a ticket or wristband. Accompanying adults or siblings are not permitted to take part. The masks are strictly 1 per child.

The puppet show is free to view for all visitors inside The Dome. It shows at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.

Activities run from 10am to 4pm (although the pier will be open later). Please note, staff at the entrance will stop giving out Trick or Treat Trail clue sheets at 3:45pm or earlier if it reaches capacity.
