Description:

To assist in the management of a premier fish and chip restaurant.

Must have previous management or senior supervisory experience in a similar role.

One key responsibility will be staff training, presenting training sessions and ensuring records are up to date.

Work with the Restaurant Manager to ensure shifts run smoothly, customer satisfaction is maximised and food hygiene standards are maintained and upheld.

Another key aspect of this hand on role is to do ordering and liaising with suppliers.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER:

Description:

To oversee all aspects of general maintenance work on one of Britain’s premier tourist attractions. You will be responsible for both an in house maintenance team and all contractors. You will organise daily work duties, arrange for quotes and plan all general maintenance tasks.

This is a hands on role and so a combination of both previous management experience and a qualified trade are essential to the success of this role.

You must be organised, with a good grasp of figures and people management. 

Five shifts out of seven including bank holidays and weekends.

Description:

Your main responsibility will be to take customer orders and serve meals and drinks to the customer’s table.

 

 Key Accountabilities:           To take food and drink orders from customers at their tables, place orders with kitchen staff. Collect                                                meals and serve to the customers.

 Some other Duties:           

 To prepare the restaurant ready for the days trade.

 To wait on tables taking customer orders and to key orders into the order system.

 To serve meals ensuring that presentation and hygiene standards are adhered to....
