I never thought I’d witness a man propose to his girlfriend in The Dome with a “Despicable Me” toy especially planted in preparation. Yesterday, Rob Savage proved me wrong. It must take a lot of nerve to propose in public because even I was tense just watching but a surprised Louise very happily accepted so congratulations guys and best of luck for the future!

Thursday night Palm Court will be hosting a “Mix Off” that kicks off the beginning of the Brighton & Hove Food & Drink Festival and yes, there will be samples! You can all join in and watch as four of Brighton’s finest bartenders compete to create the most popular unique cocktail and I’ll be there taking photos. Tickets are just £6 on the door.
Then FREE RIDES VOUCHERS will be given away on Friday whilst Juice FM broadcast live from Brighton Pier’s forecourt between 11 and 2. The weather is meant to be top notch on Friday so DJ Jonesy and the Juice FM crew will be there to meet you, give away free rides vouchers and take any and all of your song requests.
