I was suddenly being interviewed for a San Francisco based company in front of a gathering crowd whilst having my feet “therapeutically” eaten by fish. I hadn’t planned for this. I don’t think many people do. But at the Adtech Marketing event in London, this was the situation I’d found myself in. (By the way, I hear that the pier’s very own fish pedicure spa “Asase” is a lot more relaxing!)
Meanwhile, as I promoted the pier’s new use of social media in London, Brighton Pier hosted private fish and chip parties, helped survivors from the nearby chilli festival recover in Victoria's Bar and had both a retro and a super-futuristic car advertising the Brighton to London Future Car Challenge on the forecourt.
Freshers are about in Brighton this week and we'll be kicking it all off with our annual Party on the Pier Monday night. I'll be snap happy with my camera so you can check out the pics on our website’s albums, Facebook and Twitter pages...
