EVENTS & BLOG
Today alone I've met cartoon superheroes, bumble bees, princesses and I even managed to find “Where’s Wally”. You never know quite what to expect when working for Brighton Pier and this weekend won’t be any different.
I’ve met families from Switzerland, students from Manchester and I must have bumped into a record number of birthday, stag & hen parties. You can all tag yourself in the photos I’ve uploaded on Facebook.
Palm Court has also been especially busy so far this weekend and I met the students from Manchester just as they were about to try their first ever fish and chips from Palm Court. We’re really happy that all the hard work we put into serving the freshest fish has recently attracted a lot of good publicity. Palm Court ranked within The Times’ Top 20 British Fish and Chips Restaurants and even the gastronomical wizard himself, Heston Blumenthal, claimed it to be the “Spiritual Home” of fish and chips.
Tomorrow is shaping up to be another sunny day on Brighton Pier and we’re opening the Glitter Ball Karaoke Bar especially from 2-11pm so I’ll be meeting some more interesting characters then and no doubt be taking lots more photos!
